The Fosters family just got bigger! ABC Family star Sherri Saum welcomed twin boys, John Rubén and Michael Luís, with husband Kamar de los Reyes on Tuesday, May 13, in L.A., her rep confirms to Us Weekly.

John and Michael weighed in at 5 lbs, 7 oz and 5 lbs, 15 oz, respectively. "Everyone is healthy and strong," her rep shares. "Sherri and Kamar are over the moon!"

These are the first children for Saum, 39, and de los Reyes, 46. The couple, married since 2007, split their time between NYC and L.A.

On The Fosters, Saum plays school principal Lena Adams Foster, who fosters a girl before discussing it with her partner (Teri Polo). De los Reyes is best known for his role on ABC's One Life to Live.

Saum gushed about her husband while speaking with Us about parenthood prep last month. "The nursery is about 90 percent there," the actress said at the GLAAD Awards. "My husband has been amazing. He's been working it and building stuff and he's just awesome."

At the time the star and her husband had still not picked out names for their boys. "We keep bringing names up and then putting the kibosh on them. We can't decide!" she told Us. Joking, she added, "I want to look at them and go, 'You look like a ….' We'll wait and see."

As for telling the two apart? Saum quipped, "I think that they might be fraternal… So hopefully it won't be a challenge!"
